How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email christinegifis@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 7 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months for a one time fee of $15. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
